Foundation Competitive Programme
6-9 Years

Our Competitive arm sessions are league based. The syllabus and sessions plans are all age and programme specific, however, the context of the training is delivered with match and game play at the forefront.

These sessions will give the players & our UD coaching team the opportunity to reflect and express their thoughts on the previous games, what worked well, what they feel they need to improve on, not only as individuals but as a collective team as well.
