Our UD Player
Pathway.

With player-development at the heart of all that we do, UD aims to provide unique pathways for all children aged 2-16 years; regardless of where they are on their footballing journey.

Our age-appropriate coaching syllabus has been tailored to improve each player's technique, physical development and social skill-set ‘The UD Way’.

As a core framework, our team of UD coaches are passionate in their efforts to guide our players to maximise their potential, not only as footballers- but as great individuals too.

UD Junior Foundation Programme (Co-Ed)

As many of our players progress through to this phase from our Little Dragons Programme, our aim is to ease the transition with sessions that will up-skill and develop our players with age appropriate topics.

Foundation Programme

UD Foundation Programme

Our UD Foundation programme focuses on developing all children through a player centred, holistic style of coaching where each individual is afforded the opportunity to learn and develop in their own time.

UD Girls Foundation Programme

UD have pioneered programmes designed to increase football participation for girls of all ages. Our UD Girls Foundation Programme acts as a great stepping stone for our girls to practice together and further develop as a team in our fast paced, skill-focused weekly sessions.

UD Foundation Futsal Programme

Our Futsal Foundation Programme acts as a great platform for our players to further develop their individual technique and off-the ball movement. This fast-paced programme has supported many of our players with vital transferable skills that they can showcase on the football pitch too.

UD League Teams U7 - U10s

At United Dragons, we have over 200 boys & girls competing on a weekly basis across the Regents Park & Market Road Youth Leagues; each team plays against local opposition in a structured, competitive environment. Our U7-U10s teams are focused on developing their game understanding and tactical skill-set with regular fixtures and whilst we always enjoy winning, the aim for our youngest league players is to enjoy themselves and experience various positions throughout the league season.

AGES 10 - 14 YEARS
Development Programme

UD Development Programme

Through our Development Programme we develop a player’s technical and tactical knowledge as well as their situational awareness through a top level programme specifically designed for players aged 10-14 years.

UD Girls Development Programme

Our Girls Development Programme challenges our players with new learning objectives and outcomes designed to increase their game and positional understanding.

UD Futsal Development Programme

Our weekly Futsal Development Programme acts as a natural progression for our players who are aiming to further improve their technical creativity, speed-of-play, confidence and tactical awareness.

UD League Teams U11 - U14s

Our UD U11-U14’s league teams provide our players with the opportunity to showcase their skills, become part of a team and potentially win league titles and cup competitions. As our players progress through the age groups our league managers will begin to challenge those teams to problem solve and begin playing to the teams best strengths in an effort to bring the best out of each individual player.
