Competitive League Training

Our Competitive arm sessions are league based and for players aged between 6-15 years old. Many players start off in our Recreational arm and transition at the age of 6 or when they are ready to take on the challenge of competitive league games. The syllabus and sessions plans are all age and programme specific, however, the context of the training is delivered with match and game play at the forefront.

These sessions will give the players & our UD coaching team the opportunity to reflect and express their thoughts on the previous games, what worked well, what they feel they need to improve on, not only as individuals but as a collective team as well. With this overarching aim to ensure quality assurance across all of our programmes, our UD players will benefit greatly from a programme that places more emphasis and responsibility to compete and excel in an effort to progress as a team and as a club.

All attending players will be monitored and evaluated on a monthly basis and our coaches will also support each child on setting their own short & long developmental targets to work towards.
