January saw our UD Foundation Programmes Across maintaining the learning outcomes covered across the Autumn Term but have placed more focus on the variation of 'dribbling whilst shielding a player away' and 'passing through the thirds of the field'.

I started Futsal training about 3 years ago, not long after joining UD.  It was Daryl and Denerson who first suggested that Futsal training would help my football skills as being one of the smaller members of the football team it was apparent I was lacking some confidence to tackle and get properly involved with the ball in our football matches. 

We caught up with Daryl this month and it's a brilliant insight to how UD all started.
