Foundation Programme
Recreational : 6-9 Years

Our UD Foundation programme focuses on developing all children through a player centred, holistic style of coaching where each individual is afforded the opportunity to learn and develop in their own time. Each session follows a detailed scheme of work whereby all the technical, tactical, physical and emotional elements of football are factored in.

Through midweek and weekend sessions, we aim to fully prepare our players to compete in league games, if they wish to make the step into the competitive world of football.

WEEKLY SESSIONS

• Mondays: 5:00pm at Paddington Rec

• Wednesdays: 4:00pm at Paddington Rec

• Fridays: 6:00pm in St Johns Wood

• Saturdays: in Regent’s Park

• Sundays: in Regents Park

• Sundays: in Paddington Rec
