End of Season League Player Evaluation.
This evaluation report will be a self reflection of your performance and attitude from this past season.
This report with self reflective scoring system, whereby players are responsible for scoring themselves, as well as a section based on goals you would like to achieve for next season.
When scoring your skills, you should be comparing yourself against not only your teammates but also other players of your age group that you have competed against in the league this past year.
We encourage parents to assist players with their reports, providing discussion around the points mentioned to aid the reflection process and understanding of the meaning of each skill.
